| 摘 要： | 随着人们物质文明和精神文明程度不断提高,广大患者的法律意识、自我保护意识不断增强,对医疗保健提出了越来越高的要求,医疗护理纠纷逐渐上升。要求护理人员必须严格执行各项规章制度,加强法律意识和服务意识,提高服务质量,将护理纠纷消除在萌芽状态。

| Abstract: | Along with the improvement of people's civilization of material and immaterial life,patients have more requirements towards health care services.To some extent,the nursing conflicts have gotten more concerns.Therefore,nurses should strictly abide by the regulations and enhance more understanding of the relating laws and health care services.Improving quality of care as well as dealing with the conflicts at the early stage both have contribution to decreasing nursing conflicts. |
