| 摘 要： | 应用刀豆素检测了大鼠乳鼠培养的心肌细胞膜损伤和膜保护的变化。结果表明，心肌缺血性膜损伤时细胞表面刀豆素呈阴性反应，而大豆磷脂脂质体的缺血心肌保护组呈阳性反应。

The Reactive Change of Concanavalin in Membrane Injury of Ischemic Myocardium and Anti membrane Injury by Liposome in Rats |

| Abstract: | ? The study inspected the cultured cardiomyocytes of sucking rats for the change in membrane injury and in membrane protection. The results indicate that,the surface of the cells is negative in concanavalin reaction when membrane injury of ischemic myocardium occurs, however the surface of the cells is trongly positive in protection group of ischemic myocardium with soybean phospholipid liposome, the reaction of which is almost the same as the normal group. |
