| 摘 要： | 目的观察氦氖激光血管内照射疗法(ILIB)综合治疗放射性脑病的效果。方法ILIB组39例放射性脑病患者应用ILIB治疗，每日1次，每次50min，加药物辅助治疗。对照组35例患者单纯药物治疗，比较两组疗效。结果ILIB组痊愈3例，总有效率为74％，对照组总有效率为40％，两组疗效比较，采用Ridit分析法，R值95％可信区间为0.2228～0.4，P＜0.05，差异有显著性，ILIB组疗效明显优于对照组。结论放射性脑病在常规药物治疗的同时进行ILIB有更好的治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation on blood(ILIB) comprehensive treatment on rediation encephalopathy.Methods 39 patients with radiation encephalopathy were treated with ILIB,50 min/per time, once a day for two courses of treatment, based on the drug therapy.35 cases were only treated with drug therapy as control group.After 3 months,the efficacy in both groups was evaluated and compared.Results In ILIB group ,3 cases were cured and the total effective rate was 74%.But the total effective rate in control group was only 40%.There was obvious difference in both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that ILIB combined with drug treatment can obtain better efficacy in the treatment of radiation encephalopathy. |
