2005～2007年我院营养支持药物使用情况分析

目的：调查分析我院住院患者营养支持药物使用情况，为临床更合理使用该类药物提供参考。方法：调查统计2005～2007年我院住院药房营养支持药物的销售品种、数量及金额，并随机抽取住院病例300份，使用药物利用研究方法，分析本院营养支持药物的用药结构及用药舍理性。结果：3年中营齐支持药物的使用品种、数量、金额快速明显上升，病历调查发现，72％的病人使用至少1种营养制剂，个别营养支持药物的DUI值〉1．00，部分患者存在无适应证用药、重复用药现象。结论：3年中营养支持药物的使用品种、数量、金额增长很快，肠外营养制剂的使用品种、数量、金额、人次远远高于肠内营养药物，对部分患者实施营养支持治疗的适应证掌握令人质疑，个别营齐支持药物的使用剂量不尽合理。如何合理应用肠内、肠外营养药物需要进一步探讨。

Utilization of Nutrition Support Drugs in Our Hospital During 2005～2007

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of nutrition support drugs in our hospital for references of reasonable utilization of this kind of drugs. METHODS： The utilization of nutrition support drugs in our hospital during 2005 - 2007 were analyzed in respect of drug variety, consumption quantity and consumption sum of money. 300 medical records were given a drug utilization review to analyze the structure and rationality of this kind of drugs used in our hospital. RESULTS： The variety, quantity and consumption sum of nutrition support drugs over the 3 years experienced rapid increase. 72% of the patients used at least one kind of such drugs. The DUI value of some kinds was greater than 1.00. Some patients used such drugs repeatedly or without indications of application. CONCLUSION： The variety, quantity and consumption sum of nutrition support drugs over the 3 years increased rapidly. Parenteral nutrition （PN） drugs were much more frequently used than enteral nutrition （EN） drugs. The indications of applying nutrition support in some patients were questionable （irrational）. The doses of some nutrition support drugs prescribed were far from rational. Further exploration needs to be done in the rational application of nutrient support treatment.
