| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊高征并发DIC致多器官功能衰竭的临床发展过程及预后以及治疗策略、护理对策的有关问题。方法回顾分析7例妊高征并发DIC致多器官功能衰竭病例的临床资料。结果领导重视,早期明确诊断及时抢救,加强基础护理和心理护理、合理用药,严密观察病情变化是降低妊高征并DIC致多器官功能衰竭死亡率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical deveiopment process, prognosis , therapeutic strategyand nursing measures of multiple organ failure caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated withDIC. Methods The clinical data of 7cases of multiple organ failure caused by pregnancy-inducedhypertension complicated with DIC were analyzed cerospeotively .Results In the multiple organ failurecaused by pregnancy-induced bypertension complicated withDIC,the most common was blood system; followedby renal function failure and hepatic function failure .Conclusion The leader's recognizing , earlyconfirmatory diagnosis ,rescuing in time,strengthening basic nursing and psychological nursing ,usingdrug correctly and observing closely the changes of patient's condition is the key to decrease themortality of multiple organ failure by pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with DIC. |
