| 摘 要： | 目的观察益气养血、活血化痰、通络止痛的中药制剂黄芪箭丸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法治疗组40例在饮食控制、运动治疗及西药降糖药物治疗的同时加用益气养血、活血化痰、通络止痛中药黄芪箭丸,对照组20例在同等条件下使用卡马西平治疗。结果治疗组改善麻木疗效优于对照组;对疼痛及腱反射改善两者无统计学差异。治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论益气养血、活血化痰、通络止痛的中药制剂黄芪箭丸是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变麻木疼痛症状的有效方药。
