| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生大黄粉冲散洗胃并导泻治疗重症有机磷农药中毒的临床效果。方法对重症有机磷农药中毒分为治疗组、甘露醇组和硫酸镁组,甘露醇组和硫酸镁组采用西医常规治疗并加用甘露醇和硫酸镁分别导泻,治疗组采用生大黄粉冲散洗胃并导泻配合西医常规治疗;观察三组病例住院时间,消化道出血、多器官功能障碍综合症(MODS)、中间综合症、中毒后反跳、死亡例数(率)。结果生大黄粉冲散洗胃并导泻治疗重症有机磷农药中毒住院时间短,消化道出血、多器官功能障碍综合症(MODS)、中毒后反跳、中间综合症例数低于甘露醇组和硫酸镁组。结论生大黄粉冲散洗胃并导泻治疗口服重度有机磷农药中毒疗效可靠,值得应用。
