| 摘 要： | 目的:分析晚期产后出血的原因及防治措施。方法:回顾性分析1994年5月~2010年2月在我院治疗的68例晚期产后出血患者,其中20例入院时已出现失血休克,另48例均有不同程度的贫血,入院后立即给吸氧、输血、输液、纠酸、宫缩剂及抗菌药应用等处理。其中48例在输液、输血纠正休克等抢救下行诊刮术。结果:产后子宫局部感染是晚期产后出血的重要原因,其次是胎盘残留,分别占54.41%和29.41%。结论:为了预防和降低晚期产后出血发生率,其关键措施是加强产期阴道细菌学检查及减少人工流产。
