| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)、增殖细胞核蛋白(Ki-67)在宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达状态,探讨其相关性及意义,以利于宫颈癌的防治和早期诊断。方法:选取宫颈活检病理确诊为CIN及宫颈鳞状细胞癌标本102例,应用免疫组化SP法检测Ki-67、原位杂交法检测高危HPV,并取正常宫颈组织进行对比研究。结果:在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中Ki-67与HPV间的表达具有高度相关性(P<0.01)。结论:Ki-67在宫颈鳞癌中的高度表达与HPV感染有关,可作为有价值的诊断指标应用于宫颈癌高危人群筛查。
