咪唑斯汀和其他H1受体阻断药治疗荨麻疹疗效比较

目的:比较咪唑斯汀与西替利嗪、特非那定、氯雷他定治疗急性荨麻疹的临床疗效.方法:急性荨麻疹患者138例随机分为4组,第1组37例,给予咪唑斯汀10 mg,po,qd;第2组32例,给予西替利嗪10 mg,po,qd;第3组35例给予特非那定60 mg,po,bid;第4组34例给予氯雷他定10 mg,po,qd.在服药前和服药后的第1,3,6,24小时对患者瘙痒程度、风团大小及数量进行评分,依此评价疗效.结果:咪唑斯汀组1 h起效,明显快于其他三组(P＜0.05);3,6 h疗效与西替利嗪,特非那定相当(P＞0.05),优于氯雷他定(P＜0.05);24 h维持效果与特非那定,氯雷他定相当(P＞0.05),优于西替利嗪(P＜0.05).结论:咪唑斯汀治疗急性荨麻疹起效快,维持时间长,临床上值得推广应用.

A Comparative Study of Mizolastine and Common H1-receptor Antagonists on Urticaria

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of mizolastine (M) and cetirizine (C), terfenadine (T), loratadine (L) in the treatment of acute urticaria. Methods:Volunteers were divided into the following groups: group M (10 mg, po, qd, 37 subjects), group C (10 mg, po, qd, 35 subjects), group T (60 mg, po, bid, 34 subjects), group L (10 mg, po, qd, 34 subjects). The efficacy was evaluated at one hour, three and six hours, twenty four hours after oral intake of the various drugs. Results:The effect was quicker and stronger in group M than that in groups C, T and L( P <0.05) after 1 hour. The effect was similar in groups M, C and T after 3 and 6 hours ( P >0.05), but all stronger than group L ( P <0.05). The effect was similar in groups M, T and L after 24 hours ( P >0.05), but all stronger than group C ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Misolastine is a quick acting and ultralente drug for acute urticaria. It is worthwhile to be used clinically.
