类比法应用现况调查及验证分析

目的 了解类比法在建设项目职业病危害预评价中的应用现况及优缺点.方法 采用德尔菲专家咨询法形成的类比评价指标体系编制调查表,调查29个建设项目预评价中类比法的应用情况.结果 评价指标体系的50个指标中,有19个指标应用率超过50%,21个指标应用率超过25%;选择不同的类比项目和类比数据对类比评价综合指数的影响差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);同一项目类比调查和控制效果评价的职业病危害因素识别数、职业病危害因素检测种类之间有相关性(P＜0.01),类比综合指数大于0.75的组类比调查检测合格率和控评检测合格率之间有相关性(r=0.911,P＜0.01).结论 类比法适用于改扩建、技术改造的建设项目,类比项目综合指数高的类比调查对拟建项目的预测性较好.

An investigation and verification analysis on analogy in pre-assessment of occupational hazards

Objective To investigate the current situation,advantages and disadvantages of analogy in pre-assessment of occupational hazards. Methods 29 construction projects were surveyed with the questionnaire based on the assessment index system of analogy formed by the improved Delphi method.
