| 摘 要： | 分析我院病区药房退药情况,为降低退药率,确保临床用药安全,我院制定了新的退药管理办法,对退药情况进行干预,使各病区退药频次和退药金额均大幅下降,干预效果显著。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the drug-return cases in ward pharmacy of our hospital.In order to reduce the drug-return rate and to insure clinical safe medication,new regulations were established in our hospital to interpose the drug return.As a result,the frequency of drug return was greatly reduced and the returned drug value decreased. |
