| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宣痹汤对实验性IgA肾病大鼠的作用机理。方法采用口服牛血清白蛋白及静注葡萄糖球菌肠毒素制成的大鼠IgA肾病模型,分析宣痹汤的作用机理。结果宣痹汤各治疗组对降低C反应蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐及大鼠尿红细胞较雷公藤多苷治疗组明显;各治疗组肾组织IgA荧光强度较模型组均弱;各治疗组肾小球轻度增大,系膜细胞和系膜基质增生的程度较模型组均轻,系膜细胞数较模型组少。结论宣痹汤能降低IgA肾病大鼠尿红细胞和尿蛋白,减轻炎症状态,减少肾组织中IgA的沉积,改善肾功能。
