| 摘 要： | 目的观察愈骨胶囊对新西兰兔桡骨骨折愈合的影响及机理。方法将实验动物随机分成模型组、愈骨胶囊组和接骨七厘片组,造成骨折模型后,口服给药6周,于第2、4、6周进行X射线拍照,双能X线骨密度仪测定骨密度（BMD）和骨矿（BMC）,紫外-可见分光光度计测定血清钙（Ca）、磷（P）和碱性磷酸酶（ALP）。结果 X线片检查显示,愈骨胶囊组骨痂形成、骨愈合程度良好。与接骨七厘片组和模型组比较,术后第4周愈骨胶囊组的BMC和血清Ca含量有显著差异;术后第6周愈骨胶囊组的BMD和BMC,血清P含量和Ca、P乘积有显著差异。结论愈骨胶囊能加速实验兔骨折愈合,其作用机理可能与促进钙盐沉积有关。
