| Abstract: | The type of information, proportion and specific reasons of medication errors occurred during the period from January of 2008 to December of 2010 in our hospital were statistically analyzed and the preventive measures of medication errors were discussed with the purpose of providing reference to reduce the hospital medication errors and improve the rational drug use. |
