| 摘 要： | 目的客观评价中药熏蒸对膝骨性关节炎（KOA）的临床疗效。方法将患者80例随机分为非熏蒸常规治疗组（非熏组）与中药熏蒸治疗组（熏蒸组）,均予西医常规处理,熏蒸组加用中药熏蒸治疗,20d后评效。结果熏蒸组总有效率高于非熏组,且膝关节休息痛、上下楼痛、肿胀、僵硬及关节活动度改善明显优于非熏组。结论中药熏蒸疗法可明显缓解KOA的临床症状,具有改善膝关节功能的作用。
