| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药结合治疗无症状心肌缺血临床疗效。方法将纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和治疗组各40例,治疗组以针刺内关穴位为主加口服复方丹参滴丸疗法,对照组以西医综合治疗,观察两组治疗用药前后的临床疗效及动态心电图、血液流变学的变化。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率65%,治疗组心电图、及血液流变学改善均优于对照组。结论针药治疗无症状心肌缺血疗效确切,无毒副作用。
