| 摘 要： | 目的探讨益气活血中药（黄芪与丹参）对急性肺损伤模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法 SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药组,予以益气活血中药黄芪与丹参干预,采用LPS气管滴入法制备急性肺损伤模型,检测各组大鼠血液流变学指标的变化。结果中药组血液黏度、红细胞压积和纤维蛋白原含量均低于模型对照组,与正常对照组比较无显著差异。结论益气活血中药（黄芪和丹参）可能是通过降低血液黏度、改善其肺循环,从而起到对模型大鼠的防治作用。
