儿童支气管哮喘吸入疗法效果评价

目的: 探讨儿童哮喘吸入疗法临床疗效及经济负担的变化,为治疗哮喘提供科学依据。方法: 对702例1~14岁哮喘(包括咳嗽变异性哮喘)儿童及家长进行标准问卷调查。结果: 吸入疗法前后比较发现,哮喘白天症状、夜间症状及呼气峰流速(PEF)值治疗后均明显改善(P<0.001)。吸入疗法前后哮喘发作严重程度及生活质量受影响程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005),表现为发作程度明显减轻,生活质量提高。治疗哮喘的人均花费下降(P<0.001)。结论: 哮喘儿童吸入疗法治疗后临床症状明显减轻,发作程度减轻,生活质量提高,能够减轻家庭经济负担。

Evaluation of inhalational therapy for bronchial asthma in children

Objective: To evaluate the curative and cost efficacy of inhalational therapy for asthma in children.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted in 702 asthma children(including cough variability asthma) with an age of 1-14 years.Results: After inhalational therapy,the children's daytime symptom,night symptom and peak value expiration velocity of flow(PEF) improved significantly(P<0.001).The acute spasm extent of asthma decreased and their quality of life improved significantly(P<0.005).At the same time,the cost for tremtment decreased greatly(P<0.001).Conclusions: The inhalational therapy for asthma could improve the patients' clinical symptom,improve their quality of life and relieve the family of the cost burden.
