糖尿病与消化系肿瘤关系的研究进展

近年来,随着对消化系肿瘤研究的不断深入,糖尿病与消化系肿瘤的关系越来越受到学者们的关注。目前国外大量流行病学调查研究表明:糖尿病患者消化系肿瘤(包括结直肠癌、胰腺癌、原发性肝癌等)的发病率明显增加。2型糖尿病诱发消化系统肿瘤的可能机制包括:(1)胰岛素样生长因子1的作用;(2)高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗的作用;(3)宿主免疫功能紊乱;(4)长期高血糖的作用;(5)遗传因素和致癌因素长期作用及微量元素失衡等多方面因素协同作用。

The investigation progression of relationship between diabetes mellitus and digestive system carcinoma

In recent years, the relationship between diabetes mellitus and digestive system carcinoma is paid more attention . At present, through some epidemiological surveys about the incidence rate of digestive system carcinoma including colorectal carcinoma, pancreatic carcinoma and primary liver carcinoma among the diabetes patients are obviously increasing. The possible mechanisms that type 2 diabetes mellitus causes the digestive system carcinoma include: (1) the role of IGF-1; (2) the role of hyperinsulinism and insulin resistant; (3) the immunity function disorder of the host; (4) the role of long-term hyperglycermia; (5) the long-term role of genetic factor and carcinogenic factor and the disequilibrium of microelememt, etc.
