摘    要:考察了碳源、氮源和金属离子对蛹虫草发酵生物量和7种核苷、碱基积累的影响,结果表明以20%土豆汁+2%葡萄糖为碳源,0.3%酵母膏+0.3%蛋白胨为氮源,并在培养基中加入0.1mmol/LMn^2+能促进菌体生长和核苷、碱基的积累。在最佳条件下,腺苷和3'-脱氧腺苷在菌丝体中含量分别为4.96、0.199mg/g,在气生菌丝体中分别为4.91、7.22mg/g。

Effects of Medium Compositions on the Biomass and Accumulation of Nucleosides and Bases in Cordyceps militaris

Abstract:The effects of medium compositions including carbon sources, nitrogen sources and metal ions on both Cordyceps militaris biomass and the contents of nucleosides and bases were investigated. The results showed that the strain growth and the production of nucleosides and bases could be promoted by use of complex carbon sources (20% potato extract adding 2% glucose) and complex nitrogen sources (0.3% yeast extract and 0.3% peptone) with 0.01mol/L Mn2+ in the medium. Under the best fermentation conditions, the contents of adenosine and 3'-deoxyadenosine in mycelia were 4.96 and 0.199mg/g, while 4.91 and 7.22mg/g in aerial mycelia , respectively.
