实时三维超声心动图在复杂先天性心脏病中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨实时三维超声心动图在复杂先天性心脏病诊断中的应用价值。方法 9例先天性心脏病患者,先行常规经胸二维超声心动图检查,并应用窄角实时三维和全容量三维超声两种方法采集图像,对三维超声图像进行后处理以观察病变结构,与二维超声图像进行对比。结果 9例复杂先天性心脏病的三维超声图像均满意采集,采取适当的后处理切割方法,显示病变结构较二维超声更加直观、准确。结论 三维超声心动图为观察心脏结构提供了新的视角,在先天性心脏病中的应用有一定的优势。

Application of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in complex congenital heart diseases
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE) in the diagnosis of complex congenital heart diseases. Methods Nine patients with congenital heart disease underwent routine transthoracic echocardiography, then live-3D mode and full volume mode examination were performed to obtain the three-dimensional data, the data were processed properly to display the disordered structure. Results The three-dimensional images of all the 9 cases were obtained optimally. Compared with the two-dimensional images, the disordered structures were displayed more directly and accurately in three-dimensional echocardiography. Conclusions RT-3DE provides a new vision of the heart structures, which has great value using in congenital heart diseases.
