| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨急性一氧化碳中毒患者高压氧治疗前后的血液流变学的变化。方法 :对 2 0例ACOP患者在治疗前后分别测定其全血粘度和血小板聚集率。结果 :2 0例患者高压氧治疗后血粘度和血小板聚集率均显著降低 ,两组间差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :高压氧治疗ACOP可影响机体血流变的变化 ,动态测定血流变有助于高压氧治疗ACOP疗效的观察

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to discuss the changes of hemorheology in acute carbon monoxide poisoning patients before and after the treatment with hyperbaric oxygen. Methods: The blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate of 20 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning were measured before and after the treatment. Results: The blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate of the patients reduced obviously after the treatment. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.01) . Conclusion: It may affect the changes of hemorheology to treat acute carbon monoxide poisoning with hyperbaric oxygen and the dynamic assay of hemorheology can contribute to the effect observation. |
