摘    要:目的探讨淋巴细胞转化增殖能力的改变对抗癌药敏感性的影响。方法在正常人外周血淋巴细胞中加入植物血凝素(PHA)非特异性刺激淋巴细胞,分别培养0d、1d、2d、3d、4d、5d,加入抗癌药,用MTT法检测抗癌药对淋巴细胞的抑制率。结果淋巴细胞对抗癌药的敏感性随淋巴细胞转化增殖能力的增强而增高。结论抗癌药对细胞的抑制率与细胞转化增殖能力密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the transformation and the proliferation lymphocyte on sensitiveness of anticancer drugs. Methods Add non-special stimulating factor PHA into the periphoral blood lymphocyte and cultured for 0d , 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d, 5d, then add respectively the anticancer drugs. Inhibit rate of anticancer on the lymphocyte was measured by MTT colorimetry. Result Sensitiveness of the lymphocyte on the anticancer increases as the ability of transformation and proliferation of the lymphocyte increased. Conclusion Inhibit rate of anticancer drugs on a cell closely related to a ability of transformation and proliferation of the cell.
