目的　研究真皮乳头细胞 (DP)在毛发的生长和细胞分化中的作用。　方法　细胞培养、单克隆抗体和激光共聚焦显微技术。结果　发现一组能识别毛囊某些特异细胞类型和区域的单克隆抗体 ,其中一个为毛囊干细胞——隆突细胞的标记物。　结论　为鉴定和分离毛囊特异性的细胞群体以及对毛囊周期调控途径和毛囊干细胞的研究提供了基础

A GROUP OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES OF DERMAL PAPILLARY CELLS OF HAIR FOLLICLE

Objective To investigate the functions of dermal papillary cell(DP) in the regulation processes of hair growth and differentiation. Methods The techniques of cell culture, monoclonal antibody and Laser Co|focus light microscopy were used. Results A set of mAbs that recognized surface antigens on cells that comprise specific regions or cells of hair follicle were developed and characterized, one of which marked the Bulge cell, which is the stem cell of hair follicle according to the recent papers. Conclusion The result in this study will be helpful in purification, identification, and characterization of different cell types of hair follicle and elucidation the features of hair stem cell and factors that regulate different phases of hair cycle.;
