| 摘 要： | 肝移植是治疗肝细胞肝癌(简称肝癌)的重要手段之一.肝移植既完全切除了肿瘤,又移除了硬化或失代偿功能的肝脏,具有明显优势.然而,据中国肝移植注册网统计,至2011年12月,中国大陆肝移植累积例数超过21 000例,其中肝癌肝移植占48.2％,5年生存率仅46.8％,5年肝癌累计复发率达36.7％.术后肝癌复发、转移成为影响肝癌肝移植疗效的最主要因素.实践证明,兼顾抗排异及抗肿瘤的合理的综合治疗能降低肝癌肝移植后复发、转移的风险、延长生存期.
