| 摘 要： | 目的总结妇科老年患者的围术期处理经验,提高妇科老年患者手术治疗水平。方法对妇科老年手术患者87例围术期资料进行分析。结果妇科老年患者手术原因：恶性肿瘤占32.18%、良性肿瘤占27.59%、阴道壁脱垂及子宫脱垂占31.03%、其他占9.20%;有合并症者占64.37%,其中以高血压和糖尿病为主,分别占44.83%和18.39%。术后并发症发生率8.05%,主要为肺部感染、尿路感染、切口愈合不良等。结论术前充分准备,对合并症积极控制,选择适当的手术方式和麻醉,术中、术后严密监护,妇科老年患者是可以安全度过围术期的。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the experience of treating senile gynecologic patients in perioperative period.Methods 87 cases of senile gynecologic diseases underwent operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results In total 87 cases,the malignant tumors were the most common in the operative diseases of senile women (32.18%),the benign tumors was 27.9% and uterine prolapse 30.3%.64.37% patients had complications such as cardiovascular diseases and diebetes accounted for 44.83% and 18.39%.The incidence of post-operativ... |
