| 摘 要： | 医院建筑是最为复杂的民用建筑之一,医院建设项目的现场管理至关重要。本文根据近几年医院基建项目现场管理的经验,阐述了医院建设项目要在整体上提升项目管理水平,必须做好进度、质量、安全和投资4个方面的现场管理工作,并进行了具体分析。

| Abstract: | The hospital building is one of the most complicated civilian buildings,and the site management is vital in the hospital construction project.The author of this paper states and gives specific analysis that the site management must be done well in four aspects： schedule,quality,safety and investment in order to improve the overall level of project management in hospital construction project,which is on the basis of the site management experience in hospital elementary construction projects. |
