| 摘 要： | 研究门静脉高压症患者的脾动、静脉血管病变以及c-fos在其中的调控作用。方法:取门静脉高压症患者21例,作脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术。另取外伤性脾破裂患者15例作为对照。术中取脾动、静脉作HE和c-fos免疫组化染色。结果:发现门静脉高压症患者的脾动、静脉呈内膜增生;中层增厚、平滑肌细胞增殖肥大,细胞外基质增多,血管平滑肌细胞浆内c-fos呈强阳性反应。结论:门静脉高压症时,脾动、静脉有明显的病理变化,c-fos作为一种信息传递因子可能起一定的调控作用。

| Abstract: | To study the vascular changes and c-fos expression of the splenic artery and vein in pa-tients with portal hypertension. Methods: Esophagogastric devascularization with splenectomy were performed on 21 patients with portal hypertension. Fifteen cases of ruptured spleen served as controls. Specimens of the splenic artery and vein were taken during operation, and were stained with HE and immunohistochemically. Results: Obvious pathological changes were observed in both the splenic ar-tery and vein in patients with portal hypertension, and strong immunostaining expressing c-fos was seen in the cytoplasm of vascular smooth muscle cells. Conclusions: Portal hypertension may cause va-sculopathy in the splenic artery and vein, c-fos, being a message transforming factor, may play an im-portant role in the pathogenesis of vasculopathy of the splenic vessels. |
