分期综合康复治疗肩关节周围炎60例

目的探讨肩关节周围炎综合治疗方法。方法分疼痛期、粘连期、恢复期3期采用超短波、关节松动术和运动疗法综合治疗肩关节周围炎90例。结果治愈39例,显效40例,有效11例,总有效率100%。结论分期辨证治疗可减轻病人痛苦,提高治愈率,减少复发机会,是治疗肩周炎较理想的途径。肩关节松动术配合运动疗法对肩周炎具有显著疗效。

Stage complex treatment on 60 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive treatments of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods Ninety cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated with combined methods including ultrashort wave,kinesiatrics,and joint mobilization in three stages,i.e.pain stage,adhesion stage and recovery stage.Results Among the 60 cases,39 were perfectly recovered,40 remarkably improved and 11 considerably alleviated.The total effective rate is 100%.Conclusion It is suggested that the stage diagnosis and stage treatment could smooth the suffering,raise cure rate and reduce the rate of recurrence.The effects of the joint mobilization and kinesiatrics are significant in the treatment of scapulohumeral periathritis.
