| 摘 要： | 目的:研究PI3K,Akt,ERKl/2在结直肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:选取40例结直肠癌新鲜标本和癌旁正常组织。应用EnVisionTM二步染色免疫组化法和S-P免疫组化法,对PI3K,Akt,ERKl/2在结直肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系进行研究。结果:PI3K,Akt在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为67.5%和75.0%,明显高于癌旁正常组织的20.0%和20.0%(P<0.01)。同一结直肠癌组织中P13K和Akt的表达呈正相关(r=0.687,P<0.01);ERKl/2在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为57.5%,明显高于癌旁正常组织的15%(P<0.01);PI3K,Akt,ERKl/2蛋白表达与结直肠癌患者年龄、肿瘤部位、病理类型、临床病理分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移无关(P>0.05)。同一结直肠癌标本中PI3K和Akt的表达与ERKl/2的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:P13K,Akt在结直肠癌组织中表达明显升高,结直肠癌组织中PI3K和Akt的表达呈正相关,但与临床病理因子无关,提示PI3K/Akt信号传导通路可能是结直肠癌发生发展的早期事件;ERKl/2在结直肠癌组织中表达明显升高,提示ERKl/2与结直肠癌的发生发展相关。
