| 摘 要： | 报道了20例骨骺牵拉延长术。证明本法使一侧下肢短缩取得2.5～13.5cm长度的矫正,经随访效果满意,并发症少,骨愈合速度快、是适合于骨骺闭合前生长期青少年的一种安全的新方法。

| Abstract: | Distal femur distraction epiphysioly sis and proximal tibia distraction epi-physiolysis were performed on 20 pa-tients with shortening deformities oflower limb associated with the genuvalgus, the flexed contraction deformitiesof knee joint, and the external rotationof tibia. The distracted limbs werelenthened by 2.5-13.5cm. The short-term results were satisfactory. New bonesdeveloped well. The author believes thatdistraction epiphysiolysis as a methodof limb lenthening is simple, safe andthe effect is good. |
