| 摘 要： | 通过对江滩地区的一个血吸虫病流行村连续４年的观察，发现在实施高危人畜化疗结合易感地带灭螺措施后，居民的血吸虫病感染率从３．４５％降至０．０６％．下降了９８．３％，且连续４年未发生血吸虫病急性感染；江滩感染性钉螺面积和感染性钉螺密度分别下降了７２．５％和４１．１％。提示：在江滩地区，该防治措施能有效地控制血吸虫病的流行．降低江滩的危险性。

| Abstract: | A longitudinal observation on the effects of schistosomiasis control has been made in a village of marshland region for successive 4 years. It was found that after carrying out the measure, the human infection rate declined by 98. 2 % (from 3. 45 % to 0. 06 % ), no acute cases were found,and the areas infested with infected snail and density of infected snail decreased by 72. 5% and 41. 1 % respectively. The results indicated that the measure, i. e. chemotherapy in high risk population and catlle combined with snail control in high transmission area could effectively control schistosomiasis. |
