超声对胎儿唇裂畸形的诊断价值

目的 探讨超声诊断胎儿唇裂畸形的价值。方法 回顾性分析12例唇裂畸形胎儿产前及其出生后的临床资料。结果 12例唇裂畸形中，单侧唇裂7例，双侧者3例，中央型2例；超声共捡出11例，漏诊1例，其对唇裂畸形的检出率达91．7％。结论 超声对中晚孕胎儿颜面部结构显示率极高，对胎儿唇裂畸形的检出具有较高的敏感性，可将胎儿颜面部扫查作为中晚孕超声检查的常规项目。

The value of ultrasonographic diagnosis of fetal cleft lip

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonographic diagnosis of fetal cleft lip.Methods The 12 fetuses with cleft lip were examined by uhrasonography ,and the clinical data were analyzed and the newborns were followed. Results Of the 12 fetuses with cleft lip,7 cases with unilateral cleft lip,3 cases with bilateral cleft lip and 2 cases with midline cleft lip were found;ll cases were correctly diagnosed by uhrasonography,only one case was missed.the detection rate was 91.7%.Conclusion Uhrasonography shows the structure of the fetal face and the detection rate is high, It has a very high sensitivity for the identification of fetal cleft lip,We advocate the scanning of the fetal face as a basic obstetric ultrasonography in the second and third trimester of pregnancy.
