上尿路排石冲剂治疗尿路结石的临床研究

目的：探讨免煎中药颗粒“上尿路排石冲剂”联合西医内科治疗尿路结石的临床疗效;方法：将150例患者随机分为两组,治疗组76例,对照组74例。治疗组予西医常规内科治疗加用以清热利湿、化瘀通淋为法的上尿路排石冲剂加减方,对照组予常规治疗（包括针对各种原因引起的代谢性结石选择相应的内科药物治疗、止痛、抗感染、调节尿pH）,疗程2个月。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：上尿路排石冲剂治疗尿路结石具有一定的临床疗效。

Clinical Research on Instant Granules of Shang Niao Lu Pai Shi Granules for Urolithiasis

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the instant granules named Shang Niao Lu Pai Shi Granules in combination with Western internal medical treatment for patients with urolithiasis.Methods：One hundred and fifty patients of urolithiasis were randomly divided into two groups,and 76 patients were in the treatment group and 74 in the matched control group.The treatment group was treated with the herbal instant granules named Shang Niao Lu Pai Shi Granules in combination with western conventional treatment.The matched control group was treated with western conventional treatment which included acesodyne,anti-infection,and regulation of urine PH etc.The duration of both treatments was two months.Results：The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that in the matched control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The herb of Shang Niao Lu Pai Shi Granules is effective for the treatment of urolithiasis.
