绝经后妇女活性氧与破骨细胞活性的关系

摘    要:为了探讨活性氧与破骨细胞活性的相关性 ,以进一步阐明活性氧与骨质疏松症的内在联系 ,选择符合纳入标准的绝经后妇女 ,测定其骨密度 (BMD) ,根据骨密度分为骨质疏松组、骨量减少组及正常组各 30例。检测各组研究对象的血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶 (TRAP) ,比较各组之间的MDA、SOD及TRAP的不同并分析MDA、SOD与TRAP的相关性。结果显示MDA与TRAP呈正相关 (r=0 .6 13,P <0 .0 1) ,SOD与TRAP呈负相关 (r = 0 .733,P <0 .0 1) ;骨质疏松组、骨量减少组的血清MDA水平较正常组高而SOD含量降低 ,骨质疏松组的MDA和SOD亦较骨量减少组升高和降低 (P <0 .0 1)。这些结果说明活性氧能提高破骨细胞的活性 ,体内活性氧水平升高 ,进而使破骨细胞活性增强 ,可能是绝经后骨质疏松症发生的重要原因之一。

Abstract:The aim is to explore the correlation of reactive oxygen to osteoclast activity so as to further describe the internal relation between reactive oxygen and osteoporosis. Postmenopausal women according with the selecting standard were selected and divided according to bone mineral density (BMD) into three groups: the osteoporosis (O), the bone-mass-reduction (BMR) and the normal (N) (n=30 cases each). The serum malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and anti-tartrate acid phosphatase (TRAP) in the subjects of all groups were assayed, the differences in MDA, SOD and TRAP were compared among the three groups, and the corelation of MDA and SOD to TRAP was analyzed. The results showed that MDA is positively correlated with TRAP (r=0.613, P < 0.01), while SOD is negatively correlated with TRAP (r=-0.733, P < 0.01); the MDA levels of the O and BMR groups ascended but the SOD level descended in comparison with the N group, and so did the MDA and SOD levels in the O group in comparison with the BMR group (P < 0.01), suggesting that reactive oxygen could raise osteoclast activity, the ascendance of reactive oxygen level in the body could strengthen osteoclast activity, which may be one of the important pathogenic causes for postmenopausal osteoporosis.
