摘    要:近年来,国外一些学者曾对昆虫的生命周期核酸代谢变化进行了研究。Kara氏和Patnaik 氏(1982)报告,在各种动物的不同系统中,核酸含量随增龄而下降,Lang氏(196)等人报告伊蚊成蚊期的RNA,RNA/DNA比率以及蛋白质水平恒定不变;

Abstract:Entire lifespan of housefly including larva, pupa and adult stages arestudied according to their weight,water content, RNA and DNA. Themaximum weight is apparent in the larva period, dnd decreases withincreasing age and the Same is true as to the water content. The peakconcentration is observed at the time of fully mature in both sexes, withno significant sex difference (P>0.05), suggested that physiological agingis accompanied by neither significant decrease in Cell number nor mito-chondrion ?oss: RNA content and RNA/DNA ratio declines steadily withnincreasing age in both sexes, Suggesting that aging is accompanied by sig-ificant decrease in ability of the protein synthesis.
