TPPA和RPR联合检测梅毒抗体的实验研究

[目的]分别用TPPA和RPR两种方法检测梅毒抗体，比较两种方法在梅毒诊断及疗效观察方面的意义。[方法]对疑为梅毒患者血清标本共80份分别进行TPPA和RPR检测。[结果]63份梅毒患者TPPA阳性，阳性率78.75％，灵敏度100％RPR39例阳性，阳性率51.25％，灵敏度61.90％。[结论]TPPA的灵敏度和特异性均优于RPR，故TPPA法检测梅毒特异性抗体，应作为临床梅毒确诊的主要检测手段，RPR法检测梅毒非特异性抗体，应作为临床梅毒的筛差实验以及梅毒治疗的监测手段。

TPPA and RPR Joint Detection of the Experimental Study of Syphilis Antibody
