尿路结石化学成份定性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨尿路结石化学成分定性分析的方法与应用。方法:1982年7月至今采用纸片法、点滴反应等化学检验法测定尿路结石6750例。结果:结果的判断以颜色改变、沉淀生成及气体产生等现象为依据,再根据离子的阳性反应组合判断尿结石成份。结论:本法具有操作简便、快速、不需特殊仪器、费用低廉等优点,适合于一般临床实验室应用,尤其适合基层开展尿路结石成份分析。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the methods and application of qualitative analysis of urinary calculi. Methods: We analyzed 6750 cases of urinary calculi with paper sheets method and dropping reaction method from July 1982 to present. Results:The chemical composition of urinary calculi was distinguished by color changing, precipitating and gas generating, then by the combination of positive reactions of ions. Conclusions: This method is easy, quick, cheap, and needs no special equipment, it is suitable for general clinical laboratory, especially for the basic unit to launch urinary calculi analysis.
