Abstract:1 Introduction Immunoassay (IA), one of the most useful biomedical tools in the last four decades[1~3], is a method based on the specific interactions between antibodies and antigens, and is used to determine different antigens, haptens, or antibodies in complex biological matrices by taking antigens or antibodies as selective agents. Conventional immunoassays can be further classified into labeling techniques as radioactivity, enzyme amplification, fluorescence and chemiluminescence[4].
