益气活血药对脑缺血再灌注脑组织兴奋性氨基酸的实验研究

目的探讨益气活血药对脑缺血再灌注脑组织兴奋性氨基酸的影响。方法实验动物用沙土鼠，假手术组8只，缺血模型及再灌注组17只，缺血及再灌注加中药组15只(益气活血中药2．5g／kg)。按Chen法测定脑组织缺血及再灌注后谷氨酸(Glu)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、γ-氨基丁酸(GAB)、甘氨酸(Gly)的水平。结果预先给予益气活血药，能使沙土鼠缺血15min和再灌注48h后，脑组织Glu、Asp及CABA含量明显升高(P＜0．05)。沙土鼠死亡率由35．3％降至6．7％。结论益气活血中药能对抗沙土鼠缺血性脑损伤，其机理与提高兴奋性氨基酸有关。

Effects of Xuefu Zhuyu oral preparation on heart rate variability in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To study the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu oral preparation on heart rate variability(HRV) and malignant ventricular arrhythmias(MVA) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods 49 patients with AMI were divided into two groups:25 patients in test group were given Xuefu Zhuyu oral preparation and normal treatment;24 patients were given normal treatment only.HRV indexes and morbidity of MVA events were recorded and analyzed in two groups.Results HRV indexes in test group were significantly increased( P <0.01).Morbidities of MVA events are 8.0% in test group and 16.7% in control group.There was statistic difference between two groups( P <0.01).Conclusions HRV indexes are increased and MVA events are reduced by using Xuefu Zhuyu oral preparation.
