经皮腰椎间盘切割术的疗效与相关因素分析

目的：通过对169例经皮腰椎间盘切割术（PLD））的病例随访资料分析，总结影响疗效的相关因素。材料和方法：本文对随访资料进行统计学分析，找出各种因素与疗效的相关性。结果：PLD术后总有效率87％，疗效与年龄、椎间盘突出类型、突出指数、髓核切出量及髓核有否变性无明显相关性，与病程有一定的相关性。结论：PLD术后的病人其年龄、椎间盘突出类型、突出指数、髓核切出量及有否变性对疗效影响不大，急性期、有严重外伤史的病例不宜在近期内做PLD治疗。

Percutaneous Lumbar Diskectomt: Analysis of Therapeutic Effect and Related Factors

The authors reported the correlation between the therapeutic the and related factors in 169follow-up cases of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy (PLD). Materials and Methods: The correlation be-tween the therapeutic effect and related factors was made by statistical methed in follow-up cases. Results:The overall effective rate was 87%. Except the duration of the episode. those factors as age, type of discherniation, disc herniation index, the amount of diec tissue removed and degeneration of the nucleus pulpo-sus were not obviousely relative to the therapeutic effect. Conclusion:The therapeutic effect was not relativeto patient's age, type of disc herniation, disc heriation index, amount of nucleus pulposus removed and de-generation of nucleus pulposus. Patients with history of severe trauma were not suitable to be taken PLD inacuted stage.
