加强孕前医学检查 促进优生优育

目的:探讨孕前医学检查对优生优育的意义和开展孕前保健工作的方法。方法:分析1468例孕前医学检查资料。结果:1 468例受检者中查出异常和各类疾病共362例,阳性检出率为24.66%。其中,生殖系统疾病、遗传性疾病、传染性疾病和内科疾病分别占70.72%、10.22%、16.85%、2.21%。女性中既往有孕产史者418例,占受检女性45.83%。结论:孕前医学检查是对婚前检查流失的有效补救。孕前夫妇的文化程度、职业、家庭经济收入、保健意识及优生优育知识宣教等是影响孕前医学检查的重要因素。孕前保健,是促进优生优育、降低出生缺陷的第二道防线,采取综合措施可提高孕前医学检查率。

Strengthening the Physic Examination Before Pregnancy to Promote Healthy Birth and Child Development

Objective:To discuss the meaning of the physic examination before pregnancy about healthy birth and child development and the methods of developing health care before pregnancy.Methods:We will make the summarizing about our hospital health care before pregnancy according to the data of 1468 examples about the physic examination before pregnancy.Results:The amount of patients are increasing by degrees every quarter.There are 362 examples including abnormity and kinds of illness by examining 1 468 examples about the physic examination before pregnancy.The masculine rate is 24.66%;The examining rates about illness in procreation system in transmissibility in infectivity and in internal medicine are 70.72%、10.22%、16.85%、2.21%.The 418 pregnant women examples account for 45.83% in all women patients.Conclusion:The physic examination before pregnancy is effective complement.The factors which influence the physic examination before pregnancy include connubial culture,occupation,family economy income,consciousness of health care and education about healthy birth and child development.Strengthening the physic examination before pregnancy is the second line of defense about promoting Healthy birth and child development and reducing birth disfigurement,the composition measures may promote the diagnosing rate of illness by the physic examination before pregnancy.
