| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨头针结合药物对海洛因依赖者戒断的临床疗效。方珐:对94例海洛因依赖者采用头针+美沙酮、体针+美沙酮、单纯美沙酮3种疗法治疗。动态观察10d的戒断症状记分。站果:治疗10d后的评分显示:头针组控制戒断症状的效果最为完全,体针组也有一定的效果,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。头针组与体针组的治疗效果均好于单纯美沙酮组(P<0.01)。结论:针灸参与戒毒具有疗效肯定、无副作用、经济安全的特点.头针结合药物产生了一定的协同作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinic effects of de-addiction with the therapy of scalp acupuncture plus methadone,body acupuncture plus methadone and simple methadone. Method:The above 3 withdrawal treatments were given to 94 heroin addicts. The dynamic score of withdrawal symptoms was observed for 10 days. Result; The comparison among three groups showed ( p<0. 05) after 10 days withdrawal treatment. Scalp acupuncture has the most marker effect. Conclusion: At present, acupuncture-mox therapy is effective with no side-effects, lower cost and safety on improving withdrawal syndrome. The combination of scalp acupuncture and methadone can produce a synergic effect. |
