蔓荆子黄酮类化学成分的研究

目的 研究蔓荆子中的黄酮类化学成分.方法 采用Sephadex LH-20色谱柱、聚酰胺柱色谱等手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱解析对结构进行鉴定.结果 从蔓荆子75%(体积分数)乙醇提取液中分离得到6个化合物:蒿黄素(1)、4'-羟基-5,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮(2)、蔓荆子黄素(3)、5,4'-二羟基-6,7,-二甲氧基黄酮(4)、山奈酚(5)、槲皮素(6).结论 化合物2和化合物4为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Study on flavonoids from Fructus viticis L.

Objective To investigate the flavonoids from Fructus viticis.Methods Compounds were isolated with Sephadex LH-20,polyamide chromatograms,and so on.Their structures were determined by spectral analysis (such as MS and NMR),and physical and chemical activities.Results Six compounds were obtained and identified from 75% ethanol fraction of Fructus viticis L.as artemetin (1),4'-hydroxy-5,6,7-tri-methoxyflavone (2),casticin (3),5,4'-dyhydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone (4),kaempferol (5) and quercetin (6).Conclusion Compounds 2 and 4 were isolated from Fructus viticis for the first time.
