灰毛豆的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的 探讨灰毛豆属植物灰毛豆Tephrosia purpurea枝叶部位的化学成分.方法 采用常用硅胶柱和凝胶色谱色谱手段和核磁共振谱与质谱分析方法以及通过对照文献,对灰毛豆属植物T.purpurea的枝叶部分进行了化学成分提取分离及结构鉴定.结果 从灰毛豆属T.purpurea枝叶中共分离鉴定出12个化合物,分别为:pumilanol(1),tephrocandidin A(2),tephrospiroketone I(3),1β-hydroxy-6,7α-dihydroxyeudesm-4(15)-ene(4),calophione A(5),(+)-lariciresinol-9′-stearate(6),tephroapollin D(7),cineroside A(8),hookerianin(9),(2S)-5-hydroxy-7,4′-di-O-(γ,γ-dimethylallyl)flavanone(10),tephrospirolactone(11),candirone(12).结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical components from the branches and leaves of Tephrosia purpurea. Methods The isolation of chemical components were carried out by column chromatographies on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified on the basis of NMR and MS analysis, and by comparison of their spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature. Results Twelve compounds were obtained from the branches and leaves of Tephrosia purpurea and characterized as: pumilanol ( 1 ) , tephrocandidin A ( 2 ) , tephrospiroketone I ( 3 ) , 1β-hydroxy-6, 7α-dihydroxyeudesm-4 ( 15 )-ene ( 4 ) , calophione A ( 5) , (+)-lariciresinol-9′-stearate ( 6) , tephroapollin D ( 7) , cineroside A ( 8) , hookerianin ( 9) , ( 2S)-5-hydroxy-7, 4′-di-O-(γ, γ-dimethylallyl) flavanone ( 10) , tephrospirolactone ( 11) , candirone ( 12) . Conclusion All the compounds mentioned above were isolated from T. purpurea for the first time.
