玛咖参精草颗粒的HP LC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的 建立复方饮品玛咖参精草颗粒的指纹图谱,用于产品的质量控制.方法 色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相:乙腈-H2O(梯度洗脱),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:203 nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:5μL;以人参皂苷Rb1为参考峰,对8批终端产品进行了液相指纹图谱测定.结果 8批玛咖参精草颗粒产品均标示出8个共有峰,每批产品中各共有峰的相对保留时间RSD值均小于1%,相对峰面积RSD值均小于5%.通过相似度评价软件计算出8批产品的相似度均大于0.90,符合指纹图谱的分析要求.结论 本试验建立的液相指纹图谱方法稳定、准确、重复性好,可为玛咖参精草颗粒质量控制提供科学的监测方法.

Abstract:Objective To establish the fingerprint of Maka Shenjingcao granule for quality control. Methods High performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) technique was applied for Maka Shenjingcao granule fingerprint. The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18 column ( 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) by gradient elution with acetonitrile and water, and detected at 203 nm. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 30℃ and the sample amount was 5μL. 8 batches of end products were subjected to liquid fingerprinting with ginsenoside Rb1 as the reference peak. Results 8 commom peaks were marked including the peak of ginsenoside Rb1 , and the HPLC fingerprint of this product were established. The RSD of relative retention time was less than 1% and the RSD of relative peak area was less than 5%. In addition, through the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint, the similarity of 8 batches of products were over than 0. 90, which could meet the fingerprint analysis requirements. Conclusion The method was stable, specific, reproducible, and could be used for the scientific quality control of Maka Shenjingcao granule.
