摘    要:目的 考察综合主成分分析法评价促透剂的促透效果的可行性.方法 通过研究氮酮、薄荷醇、冰片促透剂对模型药物盐酸苯海拉明在离体家兔背部皮肤上的透皮行为的影响,计算透皮速率、增渗倍数、滞后时间、累积透过量,运用主成分分析法对以上几种促透剂的促透效果进行综合评价.结果 薄荷醇、氮酮加冰片、薄荷醇加冰片对盐酸苯海拉明都有促透作用,且作用依次递进;薄荷醇、冰片、氮酮加薄荷醇、薄荷醇加冰片、氮酮、氮酮加冰片对盐酸苯海拉明的储库效应都有影响,且影响依次递进.结论 综合主成分分析法可客观地评价促透剂的促透效果.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the penetrating effect of penetrators with the comprehensive principal component analysis (PCA). Methods The transdermal behaviors of azone,menthol and borneol to promote model drug of diphenhydramine hydrochloride on rabbit back skin were observed. The steady volume,times of permeability improvement,lag time and accumulated penetrating volume were calculated. Results Menthol,azone and borneol,menthol and borneol could promote the transdermal penetrating.Menthol,borneol,azone and menthol,menthol and borneol,azone,azone and borneol had repository effect. And both the penetrating and repository intensity increased progressively. Conclusion Comprehensive principal component analysis could evaluate the penetrating effect of the transdermal enhancers objectively.
