斑马鱼模型评价如意珍宝丸抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘    要:目的 采用斑马鱼模型研究如意珍宝丸抗炎镇痛作用.方法 用硫酸铜诱导转基因中性粒细胞荧光斑马鱼炎症模型,冰乙酸诱导AB系斑马鱼外周疼痛模型,佛波酯诱导AB系斑马鱼中枢疼痛模型.利用图像处理软件分别进行图像分析并计算如意珍宝丸对斑马鱼的抗炎镇痛作用.结果 如意珍宝丸10、33.3和100μg/mL组抗炎药效分别为9%(P>0.05)、33%(P<0.01)和84%(P<0.01),对外周疼痛的缓解率分别为0.2%(P>0.05)、13%(P>0.05)和33%(P<0.05),对中枢疼痛的缓解率分别为5%(P>0.05)、23%(P>0.05)和46%(P<0.01).结论 如意珍宝丸具有明显的抗炎及外周、中枢镇痛作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Ruyi Zhenbao pill in zebrafish. Methods The zebrafish model of inflammation was established by copper sulphate. The zebrafish model of peripheral pain was induced by glacial acetic acid. The zebrafish model of central pain was induced by phorbol ester. All models were treated with different concentrations of Ruyi Zhenbao pill. The samples were dyed and photographed. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Ruyi Zhenbao pill were analyzed and calculated with the image processing software. Results The anti-inflammatory effects of Ruyi Zhenbao pill with 10, 33.3 and 100 ug/ml were 9% ( P>0.05) , 33% ( P<0.01) and 84% ( P<0.01) , respectively. The peripheral analgesic effects of Ruyi Zhenbao pill with different concentrations were 0.2%( P>0.05) , 13% ( P>0.05) and 33% ( P<0.01) , and its central analgesic effects were 5% ( P>0.05) , 23%( P>0.05) and 46% ( P<0.01) . Conclusion Ruyi Zhenbao pill displays an anti-inflammatory effect and peripheral and central analgesic action.
