摘    要:目的 从地木耳中提取天然多糖,研究其对小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法 将不同剂量的地木耳多糖对小鼠进行灌胃给药后,检测小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖转化、溶血素生成、NK细胞杀伤活性和巨噬细胞吞噬功能.结果 地木耳多糖具有提高巨噬细胞的吞噬能力和NK细胞的活性,增强小鼠非特异性免疫功能;同时地木耳多糖能升高小鼠血清半数溶血值和淋巴细胞增殖能力,调节小鼠的体液免疫功能.结论 地木耳多糖具有明显增强小鼠免疫功能的作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of polysaccharides from Nostoc commune vauch on immunological function in mice.Methods Polysaccharides with different dosages were given to mice by intragastric administration.A series of tests,such as the serum hemolysin level (HC50),the phagocytosis of phagocytes,the activities of NK cells and the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes were examined.Results Polysaccharides from Nostoc commune vauch enhanced the phagocytotic ability of macrophages and the activities of NK cells,which indicated polysaccharides from Nostoc commune vauch can improve the non-specific immune function of normal mice.The serum HC50 in mice and spleen lymphocyte proliferation were increased when administrated with polysaccharides from Nostoc commune vauch.There were no significant differences in viscera index among all group mice.Conclusion Polysaccharides from Nostoc commune vauch may significantly enhance the immunological function of mice.
